  • Tap - Mondays 6:15 - 7:00 pm (starts September 12th)

FITNESS
BOOST YOUR ENDORPHINS AND GET YOUR BODY MOVING IN A FUN AND SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT

  • Cardio Barre - cardio dance, light hand weights, barre toning - Saturday mornings 9:30 - 10:30 am
